7-day exchange window — raise your request within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange policy
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
- Wrong size received
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item shipped
We do not offer size exchanges for items purchased incorrectly. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
Return policy
We accept returns on bras, lingerie sets, and sports bras in original, unworn condition within 7 days of delivery.
No returns — hygiene policy
Panties cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, in line with standard hygiene regulations. This applies to all panty styles including hipster, airwear, period panties, and any panties included in lingerie sets.
Conditions for eligibility
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and odour-free
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- A photo of the product and packaging may be required
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or sold during clearance are not eligible
How to raise a request
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, the item name, and the reason for your request along with clear photos.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.
- Exchange dispatch happens within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds
We currently offer exchanges or store credit in lieu of monetary refunds. If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, store credit will be issued to your account, valid for 6 months.
